  • to start this asana get onto the yoga mat and sit comfortable in Vajrasana (The Thunderbolt Pose)
  • Now close the fists of your both hands.
  • Now press your thumb inside with the fingers.
  • Slowly breathe out and press the navel with both your fists and bend forward.
  • Hold the breath in this position and you should look forward.
  • Stay in this position for some time and keep in this position as much as you can.
  • For beginners, try to be in this position for 30 to 60 seconds.
  • To release from this position, breathe out and slowly get on to the starting position. Now keep your both the hands alongside your body, keep your leg straight and take a deep breath and relax.
  • Now you can again do this asana. You should do minimum 10 repetitions of this asana for better result.
  • Initially, when you start this yoga asana, you feel some pain in your abs, hip, thigh, and shoulder but as you practice more you can do this asana more easily.

6) Markatasana (Spinal Twist Yoga Pose)

Benifit :- brings flexibility to your body. It helps in weight loss. Markatasana helps in toning your stomach. It improves your memory and keeps you out of stress.

Steps :-

  • Lie down straight on your back.
  • Spread both hands at the level of your shoulders and keep palms open.
  • Now fold your right leg and while breathing in (inhaling) turn to the left side as much as you can.
  • Turn your neck to the right side and hold this position for few seconds.
  • Now while exhaling (Breathing out) come to the starting position.
  • Now Keep your right leg straight and fold your left leg.
  • While inhaling turn your left knee to the right side as much as you can and turn your neck to the left side.
  • Hold this position for few seconds and while exhaling come back to the starting position.

Repeat this cycle for 10-20 times.

4) Conclusion (What you have to do.)

  1. wake up at 4:45 am, and start your yoga by 5 am. (if waking  early is tough for you then you can chose your own time, but try to be consistent).
  2. Do all the poses in the sequence I have mentioned above.(like 1st Kapalbhati, then surya namaskar, then Trikonasana and so on).
  3. Do drink a glass of warm water after yoga with a twist of lemon in it.
  4. Take a little brake after your yoga and drink a glass of bottle guard juice as it is very effective time to drink. And should  also consume the juice quickly as it oxidises quickly.
  5. Now you are free do your work and eat as much you want ,but only fruits as I have mentioned above.
  6. After lunch take a suitable amount of ashwagandha tablet .
  7. OPTIONAL:- you could repeat all the sets of yoga at evening and drink a glass of carrot juice.
  8. And now only two things left are medhvati and apple juice so you could consume them anytime in the whole day.
